How do I place an order?
You can place an order by going to the ‘products and services’ section by following the link on the home page, then follow the onscreen instructions.

What will happen after I place my order?
After we have received all the information for your order we will get a proof prepared and sent to you within 24 hours which can be either faxed, email or posted to you.(if posted it will slow the order process) At this point we will make any changes that you would like us to make. Once the proof is approved by you the order will be printed within another 24 hours and despatched on a next day delivery.
How much do you charge for delivery?
There is no additional charge for delivery. The prices you see are what you pay.
Can I use my own photograph, and how much extra will it cost?
Yes you can use your own photograph and we do not charge you can extra for doing so. You can either post or email us the photograph. If posted we will always return it to you.
What Quantity should I order?
Our advice is to order slightly more cards than the number of people you expect to be at the service, there will always be people there that you didn’t expect, also there will always be some people that cannot attend and often people like an order of service or card sending to them.
How do I pay?
In most cases people like to pay us over the phone at the time of placing the order to get it out of the way, however if you prefer we can send an invoice out with the order and you can pay by cheque, credit/debit card or BACS. If invoiced you will have 14 days from dispatch to pay.
I have an idea of what I want, but it’s not on your website?
No problem we understand that people have their own ideas of what they want things to look like, so you tell us what you want, and we will put it together for you.
